Peachtree Christian Church

This is the view from the front steps of Peachtree Christian Church, which sits at the corner of Peachtree and Spring. Very easy access from I-85 (it's across the highway from the new Borders).

Look up from the main entrance, and this is what you'll see:
This is their foyer, which provides access to both the chapel and the main sanctuary. Guests will enter from the street through the doors on the right of the photo.

Turn left from the entrance and you'll end up in their chapel, which seats about 150 (and it has a center aisle):This is the main view of their chapel from the back door:

Now, on to the main sanctuary which seats about 450 (400 on bottom level, 50 in balcony where the pipe organ is stationed). The chapel is directly in front of the main entrance. This is the view of the sanctuary upon entering from the foyer from the main entrance:
If you look to the right (and up), this is what you'll see:
Overall, very high cathedral ceilings, and a nice long center aisle. The church was constructed in 1925, so there's a good amount of history here.

Here's a quick video which almost captures the experience of entering the sanctuary. It was created pretty quickly because I was running out of space on my camera. In any case, the shot begins at the back of the sanctuary, walks forward, then ends with a shot of the pipe organ in the back of the church. (oh - and that's a vacuum cleaner you hear in the background)

Here is the bride's suite, where you and the bridesmaids will adorn yourselves just prior to the wedding. This room is accessed via the foyer, which also provides quick access to the sanctuary.
The bride's suite also has a bathroom, a nice, large mirror, a steamer, an iron/ironing board, and a cabinet with safety pins and lots of other little things a bride might need on her special day.
They typically use the church's conference room on the other side of the sanctuary for the groom/groomsmen. No photos of the conference room (it was pretty generic).

For more info, visit www.peachtree.org. The wedding coordinator is April Boeteg.
